Wing

Every wing heart allows +1 extra jump, when in the air. For example, three wing hearts gives +3 jumps in the air.
Peace

Enemies won't attack you, until they are provoked (by player, environment, another enemy, etc).
Diamond

Allows you to take a hit against anything (no pitfalls). Turns into Broken heart once used.
Broken

No added effect. Similar to Pure heart.
Cheating

Allows player to break regular doors. Only appears in shops. To cheat, you should go to the left door.
Glitch

Warps the player to the room opposite of the current number. Is obtained after Cheating has been used on room YX. It will appear in a chest, and when you exit the room, warps you to room XY, (eg, use the cheating heart on room 19, gives you a room 91 glitch heart warp).
Warning: This can cause a jumpscare. Obtaining this makes your hearts flash quickly in different colors and display a bunch of error messages and random text on your screen.
Lock

Rainbow

Creates a rainbow trail that follows the player, acts like a pure heart.
